UIUX & SOCIAL DESIGN

Relate is a communication tool for deaf individuals at their workplace. This mobile phone application encompasses a variety of features including administration, tracking and feedback. Relate aims to foster better relationships between deaf employees, their co-workers and employers, ultimately helping to boost job sustainability.

Gamification with DBS

UIUX DESIGN

Applying gamification frameworks and techniques to a DBS product in order to meet business goals and improve customer engagement. The outcome is a redesign of the existing solution to incorporate new gamification features and experiences.

Care to Play?

BRANDING & GRAPHIC DESIGN

Care to Play? is a mobile quiz website that aims to raise public awareness on Advance Care Planning (ACP). The quiz is designed to be done in pairs. The first user sets-up the quiz with their preferred answers and sends the link to their partner who has to guess the correct answers. Care to Play? is a fun and interactive platform that hopes to spark conversations and lower barriers surrounding ACP.

EXPERIENCE DESIGN

The Analogue Digital Bank addresses the need to cater to both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy customers in the mature estate of POSB Bedok Central. This redefined banking experience provides customers with the efficiency of digital automation, while retaining the personable character of analogue practices.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL

SPATIAL DESIGN

A modular retail system that can be easily tailored to fit any cosmetic brand. The system is set-up by arranging several base blocks into the desired configuration, and subsequently stacking a series of frames on top. The juxtaposition of the voluminous blocks with the delicate frames creates a dynamic, unique display that stands out in the bustling travel retail environment.

Samsung treats

RETAIL EXPERIENCE DESIGN

Samsung TREATS is a multifaceted approach to re-imagining the retail experience for Samsung’s range of ovens. With the aim of increasing brand awareness, it reaches out to the masses through interactive mass transit advertisements and experiential store-front displays, attracting crowds to visit the in-store pop-up cafes. At the cafe, a professional chef demonstrates the ovens’ capabilities by preparing dishes that buyers can try and take home alongside various Samsung brand merchandise.

FOOD & EXPERIENCE DESIGN

IKI-O aims to promote the idea of eating insects as a viable food source. Insect-based snacks are designed using an abstraction process that reduces the obvious connection with insects, yet still providing a subtle hint of its origin. The snacks are presented in a retail concept which introduces insect-based food in a casual and intimate setting.
